FinTours provides travel enquiry, quotation and arrangement services for hotels, flights, holidays, private jet charter requests, VIP chauffeur services and other travel-related services. Services may be provided directly or through third-party suppliers, travel providers, airlines, hotels, destination management companies, transport operators or other partners.
2. Enquiries and quotations
Submitting a request through this website does not create a confirmed booking. A booking is only confirmed after availability is verified, the final price is communicated, the customer accepts the offer, and any required payment or deposit is received.
3. Prices and availability
All prices, availability, routes, hotel options, aircraft options, package details and travel services are subject to change until final confirmation. Prices may vary due to supplier availability, exchange rates, taxes, fuel surcharges, service fees, seasonal demand or changes made by third-party providers.
4. Customer information
The customer is responsible for providing accurate names, travel dates, passport details, contact details, visa information, passenger details and any special requirements. FinTours is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
5. Passports, visas and entry requirements
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they hold valid passports, visas, residence permits, travel documents, health documents and entry permissions required for their destination and transit countries. FinTours may provide general guidance, but final responsibility remains with the customer.
6. Payments
Payment terms, accepted payment methods, deposit requirements and deadlines will be communicated in the relevant offer or invoice. A booking may be cancelled or not processed if payment is not received by the stated deadline.
7. Changes, cancellations and refunds
Changes, cancellations and refunds depend on the rules of the relevant supplier, airline, hotel, package provider, transport company or charter operator. Some fares, hotel rates and travel products may be non-refundable or subject to penalties. Any service fees charged by FinTours may be non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Third-party suppliers
Many travel services are performed by independent third-party suppliers. FinTours is not responsible for supplier delays, schedule changes, cancellations, overbooking, service changes, operational disruptions, force majeure events or decisions made by airlines, hotels, transport providers, immigration authorities or other third parties.
9. Private jet and VIP transport requests
Private jet charter and VIP transport services are subject to aircraft/vehicle availability, operator approval, airport permissions, weather, crew duty limitations, security requirements, passenger documentation and other operational factors. A request does not guarantee availability or final approval.
10. Travel insurance
Customers are strongly advised to arrange suitable travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellation, delays, baggage, missed departures and other travel risks.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FinTours shall not be liable for indirect losses, consequential damages, loss of enjoyment, loss of profit, missed connections, immigration refusal, supplier failures or events beyond reasonable control.
12. Website content
Website content, package descriptions, images and information are provided for general information and inspiration. Final details will be confirmed in the quotation, invoice, booking confirmation or supplier documentation.
13. Governing law
Unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws applicable at the registered place of business of FinTours.
