These are draft website terms only. A travel-law professional must adapt them to the legal entity, country of sale, supplier model and payment process before bookings are accepted.

Enquiries are not bookings

Submitting a form creates a travel enquiry. No flight, hotel, package or ancillary is reserved until FinTours confirms the service and any required payment or supplier condition is satisfied.

Prices and availability

Displayed package prices, discounts and examples are not guaranteed live fares. Prices, taxes, baggage, exchange rates, rules and availability can change until the supplier confirms the booking.

Supplier conditions

Airline, hotel, tour operator and other supplier terms may apply in addition to FinTours terms, including restrictions on changes, cancellations, refunds and name corrections.

Traveller responsibility

Travellers remain responsible for correct names, passports, visas, entry requirements, health requirements and arriving at the correct departure point on time unless a written service explicitly states otherwise.

Payments and refunds

Payment methods, service fees, refund timelines and insolvency protection language must be finalised before online payment or package-travel sales are enabled.
